Community Fund Application Form

The Wollar Solar Farm Community Fund provides financial support for local projects and initiatives that will deliver benefit to the community within 50km of the solar farm.

For the first five (5) years of the Community Fund (i.e. until 2031), initiatives that directly benefit the community within 10km of the solar farm will be given preferential consideration.

Applications for the current funding round close at 5pm on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026, with applicants notified of the outcome by the end of November.

Please note: Should your application be approved for funding, you will be notified and it is expected that funds will be used specifically for activities as outlined in your application. Wollar Solar Farm may request evidence of this, including but not limited to receipts, invoices, progress photos, attendance records, purchase orders, event programs, testimonials or feedback from participants, competition certificates, financial acquittals or budget statements. You will also be required to submit a project wrap up form, including confirmation of how approved funding has been utilised in line with the approved project.
