If the actual cost of your project is less than the approved funding amount, you may choose to:
- Submit a request in writing to change the scope of the approved project and, if approved, apply the unused funds for the amended scope
- Return the unused funds via electronic funds transfer to Wollar Solar Farm, once the final amount payable is confirmed
Any funds returned will be placed back into the Community Fund for future applications
