Wollar Solar Farm

Wollar Solar Farm is located 55km north-east of Mudgee in NSW.
The 280MWac project will comprise around 660,000 solar panels designed to track the sun’s movement through the day.

We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands upon which the Wollar Solar Farm operates and their continuing connection to Country. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to Elders past, present and emerging.

About Wollar Solar Farm

We anticipate up to 400 workers will be required at the busiest periods of the solar farm’s 18-month construction. The solar farm, 7km south of Wollar, will generate a significant amount of much-needed safe, clean, reliable power during its 30-year operating life.

The project is owned by BJEI Australia.
