The Wollar Solar Farm team are channelling Tom Selleck and growing out their best moustaches to raise awareness for men’s health as part of Movember. Forgoing the razor for the month of November is all part of starting conversations about the importance of healthier men and a healthier world. Funds raised through this initiative support research into mental health, suicide, prostate and testicular cancer, which are sadly all too common issues for men, particularly in rural Australia.

Movember started in 2003 and has funded over 1,320 projects around the world. More importantly, it has created a men’s health movement, which is challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men. The Wollar Solar Farm team is proud to be involved.
