The fund does not support:
- Individuals or personal costs
- Projects already underway or completed
- Ongoing operational or day to day expenses
- Activities that may harm the community or environment
- Projects involving gambling or alcohol promotion
- Projects which may have a detrimental impact to solar farm operations
