Applications are reviewed by a Community Reference Group comprising of volunteers from the local area and solar farm representatives. Applications are assessed based on:
- Community impact
- Alignment with funding priorities/key focus areas
- Long-term benefits
- Project feasibility
- Partnerships and promotion opportunities
